Správa železnic – FVE
Expanding the knowledge of Railway Administration staff in the field of green energy, primarily on their approach towards the planning and implementation of PV on their own properties. Our workshops included 3 technical-financial-legal lectures by leading experts in the field. The main outputs of this contract were the creation of a methodological procedure defining how to select the most suitable areas and projects to pursue, as well as the creation of a technical specification of equipment to be installed.
Karlovy Vary Airport - FVE
Based on a comprehensive study, an on-site assessment of the roofs of the existing buildings, and information provided by PDS CEZ Distribuce a.s., the installation of a PV power plant on three buildings was carried out.
Pursuant to a contract for connection of the power plant, a PV power plant with an output of 99.4 kWp with zero overflows to the DS was installed, based on the capacity of the distribution network.
KSP Computer & Services - Employee training
This project was focused on mentoring, i.e. guiding the client’s employees in managing business projects. The main areas included meeting facilitation, development of communication and presentation skills (effective communication with both subordinates and customers), assertive negotiation, and managing crisis situations and conflicts. The goal was to strengthen managerial skills and support employees in their daily practice.
